ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing bk9901.club, creating a player account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you — the user — enter into a legally binding agreement with bk9901 and confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the bk9901 platform and must close any existing account immediately.

ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTION

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

• Deposit Processing: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your bk9901 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Processing times may vary during peak periods such as BPL season or major international cricket tournaments.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the bk9901 platform to denote Taka amounts.
• Fees: bk9901 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bk9901 accepts no responsibility.

All funds deposited into a bk9901 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name and to which you are the sole authorised user. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and return of funds (less any transaction costs) to the originating account.

bk9901 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, fraud screening, or compliance checks. Players will be notified of any such delay and provided with guidance on the steps required to resolve the matter.

BONUSES & PROMOTIONS

bk9901 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have successfully completed the KYC process. Unverified accounts are not eligible to receive or wager bonus funds.
• Each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim bonuses via multiple accounts constitute abuse and will result in account closure.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated for each promotion. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically removed from the account.

• Free spin winnings, where applicable, are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events — including Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid, Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December) — are offered at bk9901's discretion. Sports-specific promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments are subject to the individual terms published for each campaign. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk9901 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on bk9901 under any name, identity, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the bk9901 platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in any bk9901 game or platform feature. Any such exploit must be reported to bk9901 immediately; any winnings derived from an unintended exploit are not valid and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, sharing hole cards, or coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the bk9901 platform for any purpose connected with financial crime, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Accessing the bk9901 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, offensive, or discriminatory behaviour toward bk9901 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any proprietary bk9901 software, content, data, or intellectual property.

bk9901 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to: restricting account functionality, suspending withdrawal capability, permanently closing accounts, and referring matters to law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & CLOSURE

bk9901 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Submission of fraudulent, falsified, or unverifiable identity documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account fees of ৳200 per calendar month may be applied after the 12-month dormancy period. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
• At the player's own voluntary request via a written closure request submitted to [email protected].
• Following a self-exclusion request submitted by the player under the bk9901 Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed by bk9901 due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at a player's own request (and no breach is involved), the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk9901 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from or in connection with your use of the bk9901 platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gaming activity on the platform, whether arising from game outcomes, technical errors, or any other cause.
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures — including failures of third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — that prevent access to your account or result in delayed transactions.
• Errors in game software provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, or Spribe. In the event of a software malfunction, bk9901 will work with the relevant provider to resolve the issue and will void affected bets where necessary.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of whether bk9901 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude bk9901's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The bk9901 platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. bk9901 makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any content on the platform, including odds, statistics, or market information published in the sports betting section.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of online gaming contract law. Any dispute arising from your use of bk9901 that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with our support team will be subject to a good-faith mediation process before any formal proceedings are initiated.

bk9901 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at bk9901.club/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Players are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
